5th February 2008:
The update on the swimming pool is that it's moving to the construction
design stage and discussions are about to begin about electrics and
heating infrastructure and the planning of temporary changing and storage
during construction. Contract documents are being prepared.
Mark Connolly wants to emphasis that there are five places still left on
the bus travelling to Edinburgh for world cross-country. Leaving Valley Sat.
returning Sunday post the race. List on Valley board if you wish to
reserve place. Cost to cover bus, boat, and accommodation is 120 euros.
