High Jump Coaching Workshops in Letterkenny
Fifteen coaches and an invited number of athletes from Letterkenny,Innishowen, Finn Valley, Tir Chonaill,Sliabh Liag and Clones athletics clubs enjoyed two High Jump workshops at Letterkenny's new athletics track today.
During a four hours period,John Shields, former High Jump National Coach making a very welcome return visit to the North West, led workshops for the beginner coach/athlete and for the developing athlete.
A sincere thank you to Donegal Co Athletics Board, promoters of the event and Letterkenny Athletics Club who facilitated the workshops.
